Canadian customers will be charged sales tax according to each province’s tax laws.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, please contact us at www.traceyaytonhome.com. Full price items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. The product needs to be in its original condition. All sales items are final sale and can’t be returned. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you return your item, a credit will automatically be applied, when received, to the original method of payment that was used for your purchase. Please allow 10 days for your credit carrier or bank to process the transfer of the funds.
Please take note that while we make every effort to describe our goods in detail on our website, these handmade items may have perfect imperfections. Colours may also slightly vary between products and what you see on the screen.
We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped from Delta, BC within 1-3 days of receiving your order. The cost of your shipping is based on weight and size of the item. You will receive an email when your order is on its way!
For BC customers, we’d love to meet you! If you prefer to pick up your order, let us know via email at and we will refund the shipping charges.
Orders can only be cancelled until they are shipped. Contact us right away if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order.
